RISK ASSESSMENT

This is a great way of finding out who in your organization needs further development.

Sessions start with us carrying out a An interactive presentation ,we then check their knowledge of Vehicle Checks

We then carry out an assessment of your drivers on various types of roads and situations, to pinpoint areas of weakness and bad practice within their normal every day drive. From this we will distinguish those individuals that fall into low, medium or high risk categories.

This assessment takes 2 hours, at the end of which a report will be given to you for your records. Upon completion of the assessment depending on the result we will deliver the most suitable coaching session to suit yours and the driver’s needs.
